• Joining the Program

  How do I join Goodstone Rewards?
  Simply create an account at checkout or via our [account page]. You’ll be automatically enrolled in the program at the Silver tier — no purchase necessary.

  Does it cost anything to join?
  Not at all. Goodstone Rewards is completely free to join.

  Why should I join Goodstone Rewards?
  Our rewards program gives you exclusive access to store credit, elevated perks, early access to collections, double point days, and more — just for shopping with us. Plus, points never expire, and you keep your status for life.

  How do I unenroll from the program?
  Please email us at hello@goodstoneinc.com and request to be unenrolled. If you choose to leave the program, all of your points and tier status will be permanently lost.

  What happens if I leave and rejoin later?
  If you leave and rejoin the program later, your points and status will not be restored. You’ll start fresh at the Silver tier.

  Do I need to use the same email address to earn points?
  Yes — both past and future purchases must be made using the same email address tied to your Goodstone account. Points cannot be combined across accounts.

• Earning Points

  How do I earn points?
  You earn points every time you make a purchase, refer a friend, leave a review, follow us on social media, and even celebrate special occasions like your birthday or anniversary. View all ways to earn above.

  How much are points worth?
  Points can be redeemed for store credit. 500 points = $50 in credit. (That’s $0.10 per point.)

  Do I earn points on every purchase?
  Yes — you earn points on all qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

  Can I earn points if I check out as a guest?
  No — you must be signed into your Goodstone account at the time of purchase in order to receive points.

  Will I earn points on past purchases?
  Points begin accumulating once you join the program. Purchases made before you joined are not eligible.

  When will my points show up after a purchase?
  Points from purchases are typically awarded 45 days after the order is placed, to account for return windows and order confirmation.

• Redeeming Points

  How do I use my points?
  At checkout, simply log in to your account and apply your available points toward your order total.

  Can I redeem all my points at once?
  Yes — you can apply your full point balance to any eligible order, as long as you meet the minimum of 100 points.

  Can someone else use my points?
  No — points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

  Can I combine points with a discount code or promo?
  Yes, you may use points in addition to most promotional offers unless otherwise noted.

  Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?
  Yes — you need at least 100 points to begin redeeming for store credit.

• VIP Tiers

  How do I reach a higher tier?
  Tiers are based on your annual spend:

  • Silver: Free to join
  • Gold: Spend $5,000+
  • Platinum: Spend $15,000+

  What are the benefits of each tier?
  Each tier unlocks enhanced perks like increased earning rates, double point days, early access to new collections, and exclusive gifts. View the full tier breakdown above.

  What is a Double Points Day?
  Double Points Days are exclusive shopping events where all purchases made by Gold and Platinum members earn 2x the usual points. For example, Platinum members earn 0.2 points per $1 normally — on Double Points Days, they earn 0.4 points per $1. These are announced via email or SMS.

  Will I lose my tier status if I don’t spend again next year?
  No — once you unlock a tier, you keep it. Your status and points never expire.

• Referrals

  How does the referral program work?
  Share your referral link with a friend. When they make their first purchase, they’ll receive a special discount and you’ll earn 1,000 points as a thank-you.

  Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
  No — you can refer as many friends as you like.

  What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
  If the referred friend cancels or returns their purchase, your pending referral points will be voided and not approved.

• Orders + Returns

  What happens to my points if I return something?
  If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

  Will the 10% welcome offer continue for new customers?
  Yes — new customers will continue to receive a 10% welcome offer when they sign up for our newsletter or join Goodstone Rewards.
